Kapolri memantau menggunakan helikopter dan berangkat dari Bandara Kertajati, Majalengka, Jawa Barat, Minggu (6/4/2025). Peninjauan dilakukan bersama sejumlah pejabat yakni Menteri Perhubungan Dudy Purwagandhi, Menteri Kesehatan Budi Gunadi Sadikin hingga Dirut Jasa Jasa Raharja Rivan Purwantono.
Kapolri tampak melihat arus lalu lintas melalui kaca helikopter sampai Km 72 Tol Cipali. Ia mengamati setiap pergerakan kendaraan di Tol Cipali.
Dalam pantauan melalui udara, terlihat arus lalu lintas di Tol Cipali saat ini ramai lancar. Tidak terjadi kepadatan saat one way nasional diberlakukan saat ini.
Seperti diketahui, Kapolri telah memimpin langsung pelepasan one way nasional dari Km 414 Gerbang Tol Kalikangkung sampai Km 70 Gerbang tol Cikampek Utama. Setelah one way nasional ini, akan diterapkan lawan arah atau contraflow ke arah Jakarta hingga Km 36.
Ada dua skema dalam penerapan sistem contraflow ini. Dari Km 70 hingga Km 47 atau sebelum Layang Tol MBZ akan diterapkan contraflow 2 lajur, setelahnya contraflow 1 lajur hingga Km 36.
